With four golfers breaking into the 40s for the first time this season, Elma edged out La Center to win this Southwest Washington 1A League match at Oaksridge Golf Course in Elma on Oct. 11.

Trace Thompson earned medalist honors with a 40 to lead Elma. Kilian Acuff (46), Cody Robinette (49) and Blake Hedrick (49) also broke 50 to help the Eagles.
