Theft. First block Crow Lane, McCleary. 12:14 p.m. Stove pipe and cap taken from mobile home roof, occurred sometime in the last few days.

Suspicious person. 500 block Elma Hicklin Road W., McCleary. 11:36 p.m. Male came to the door. Says he’s stranded outside and wanted to come in and charge his phone. Do not believe a vehicle is associated as subject appeared to be on foot. Was pretty pushy about coming inside. White male, early 30s, last seen wearing red stocking cap.

Jan. 26

Fire arm complaint. 100 block Brady Loop Road E., Montesano. 10:09 p.m. Hearing what sounds like gunshots in the area. Possibly coming from the area of the river. Have heard 10-12 shots.

Hit and run accident non-injury. Elma Hicklin Road W. at Stillson Road, McCleary. 7:17 p.m. Power pole and lines down across the road, partially blocking but lines are on the road.

Hit and run accident non-injury. 300 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 9:12 a.m. A delivery truck hit and damaged building at 6 a.m. this morning and left.

Reckless act or driving. 1900 block South Bank Road, Oakville. 12:27 p.m. Blue Yamaha street bike — high rate driven by a male subject.

Agency assist. 300 block State Route 107, Montesano. 5:46 p.m. House on fire, two-story residence. Flames have died down. Someone just ran into the house — others running out.

Disorderly conduct. 300 block 6th Street S., Satsop. 4:22 a.m. Male in white Ford pickup doing doughnuts in his yard and yelling at subjects at another house in the area.

Jan. 27

Man down unknown problem. First block Wenzel Slough Road, Elma. 3:38 p.m. Report of a male subject slumped over the wheel of blue Ford Ranger — the windows are all fogged up. Reporting party didn’t try to wake up the subject.

Reckless act or driving. State Route 12 weatbound at milepost 19, Elma. 11:29 p.m. Reckless — white SUV, lane travel, erratic speeds.

Theft. First block Barrett Road N., Montesano. 3:22 p.m. Ongoing issue with newspapers being taken out of the box. Was advised to sit in his car in the morning and see if he can catch the subject.

Jan. 28

Traffic hazard. Elma McCleary Road milepost 4, Elma. 2:38 p.m. A 4-6 inch tree over the roadway on a corner, blocking both lanes.

Civil matter. First block Bush Creek Lane, Elma. 6:47 p.m. Dispute with male over a dog being locked in a horse trailer. Parties currently separated.

Traffic hazard. 1200 block Mox Chehalis Road, McCleary. 9:22 a.m. Three horses running down the road — reporting party has them corralled at residence.

Jan. 29

Malicious mischief. 300 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 8:18 p.m. Reporting party reporting that someone cut a hole in her fence and her cows got out. Neighbor was observed leaving the area where the hole was.

Disorderly conduct. 600 block E. Main Street, Elma. 5:10 a.m. Male in the lobby being disorderly. White male, gray shirt and black shorts.

Hit and run accident non-injury. 1200 block Monte Elma Road, Elma. 7:31 p.m. Reporting party’s black 2005 Chevy Cobalt was struck at location past 2.5 hours — unknown suspect.

Jan. 30

Reckless act or driving. South Bank Road at Lambert Road, Elma. 10:50 a.m. Red car was eastbound on South Bank Road near the bridge, came into reporting party’s lane of travel causing reporting party to swerve toward the ditch. Both vehicles continued on.

Jan. 31

Malicious mischief. 400 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 3:55 a.m. Windows broken out of reporting party’s vehicle, woke up to the glass break.

Traffic hazard. 200 block Hokanson Road, Elma. 7:37 a.m. Horses running loose at end of Hokanson Road.

Assault. First block Enterprise Lane, Elma. 11:54 a.m. Reporting party was assaulted by a co-worker, injuries to back and neck, declined aid.
