Sept. 1
Civil dispute. First block Oak Meadows Lane, Oakville. 10:49 p.m. Reporting party is boarding a horse. The female who works at location is threatening to shoot reporting party’s horse over jealousy issues, relationship between reporting party and the other female’s boyfriend.
Sept. 2
Suspicious person/circumstance. 100 block Strawberry Hill Road, Elma. 11:57 a.m. Large amount of traffic to an abandoned house. Reporting party watching property for owner. Just found barn is open and someone has been in the shop. Smell tobacco but couldn’t see anyone. Checked the property and did not locate anyone.
Sept. 3
Traffic accident with injuries. 500 block Williams Creek Road, Oakville. 5:18 p.m. Quad accident. Injured victim is not moving, quad rolled. Off-duty EMT is on scene. Unconscious, bleeding from ears. Not breathing normally. Forty years old. Has a pulse, is making snoring sounds. Quad going approximately 40 mph, rolled over a bump in the ground. Not wearing a helmet. Handlebar broke off the quad. Life flight en route.
Sept. 4
Hit and run property damage. First block Ginny Lane, Elma. 9:31 a.m. Newer black Volkswagen car sped through reporting party’s property and went through gate, should have front end damage. Driver is white male, balding, unknown direction of travel.
Disorderly conduct. First block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 9:52 p.m. Subject bald, multiple tattoos trying to do damage to vehicles, lost track of him. Subject was kicked out of the races for being disorderly/intoxicated, had a ride with him, then as soon as he was out of earshot he was heard saying he was going to damage vehicles.
Sept. 6
Property damage. Cloquallum Road at Hicklin Branch Road, Elma. 2:43 p.m. Secondhand to reporting party, at the train trestle bridge — appears was stuck by vehicle, not currently on scene. Damage to beams, concerned may have structural damage, requests check and make sure is safe for trains. Appears yes, someone hit bridge, but is not recent.
Sept. 7
Fire. State Route 12 MP 20 westbound, Elma. 5:53 a.m. Truck on fire — showing between milepost 20 and milepost 19. No one in the vehicle. Possibly white Chevy pickup. Is engulfed. Law advised fire may be going into the grass.
Burglary. 1300 block Pioneer Avenue W, Montesano. 4:52 p.m. Property owner is in the hospital, reporting party is watching the house and animals. Was told there are guns missing from the residence, unknown time frame. Residence has not been locked.
