Civil dispute. First block El Monte Lane, Elma. 11:53 a.m. Loaned his truck to a friend about a month ago. Friend has not returned it. Vehicle is blue, 1983 Chevy Truck.

Domestic violence. First block Evergreen Village Lane, Elma. Male and female in process of breaking up – male has been sending her threatening texts, turned off the water to the location. Has been throwing around glass items for the past few days. No physical between the two of them. Reporting party worried it will escalate if he knows she called. Male is now shutting off power. Male half wants female to leave house.

Burglary. 200 block Butler Mill Road, Oakville. 1:59 p.m. Arrived home from Alaska – found inside of the house damaged – has possible suspect info – back door open.

Traffic accident/Blocking. 1000 block Monte Elma Road, Satsop. 8:34 a.m. Someone drove through the reporting party’s yard, struck his well. Vehicle, an orange PT Cruiser, is stuck on the well. No one in the vehicle. Is actually a Kia Soul.

Nov. 4

Civil dispute. First block Schouweiler Tracts Road E., Elma. 5:55 p.m. Female attempting to take a vehicle she has not paid the bill for. Reporting party is screaming at her, request reporting party stay separated from her. Has not paid her bill for mechanical work. Is a burgundy 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. She is refusing to leave the property, reporting party has been asked several time.

Suspicious person/circumstance. First block Crow Lane, McCleary. 11:07 a.m. Someone claiming to be Publishers Clearing House called her mother and asked for her address and wanted to make sure she was going to be alone for them to deliver something. Unknown what other info they may have provided, reporting party’s mother has Dementia – reporting party attempting to call number back and it was no longer in service.

Nov. 6

Disorderly conduct. 300 block Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 11:03 a.m. Female sitting outside location yelling at reporting party – is reporting party’s aunt and does not live there. Was dropped off, has been asked to leave and is refusing. No weapons seen. Stated she wanted to drop something off for reporting party’s mom’s funeral. White female last seen wearing black trench, black shirt with purple over shirt, capri pants, brown purse.

Theft, property, other. 500 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 2:33 p.m. Gas run, newer model black SUV last seen heading towards Montesano. Driver is an older male. Got $52 worth of gas without paying, then took off, reporting party waved and yelled but he continued on.

Agency assist. 500 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 4:46 p.m. Propane leak, propane tank is very large. Reporting party is getting everyone away from it. Valves shut off, believes the leak was in the house.

Trespass. 700 block Elma McCleary Road, McCleary. 6:57 a.m. Male subject sleeping on a cot – has been dumping his garbage as well. Is an empty lot, he doesn’t belong there. Advised they were low on gas and needed a place to park for the night. They have been moved along and told not to return or they would be cited for trespassing.

Abandoned vehicle. 1100 block Middle Satsop Road, Montesano. 10:07 p.m. In the area — black car in the ditch, unknown if occupied — reporting party drove by past two hours and car was not there.

Nov. 7

Malicious mischief. 300 block 4th Street, Satsop. 7:58 a.m. Damage to office window — believe someone attempted to break in — have damage to window, unknown suspect, occurred overnight.

Nov. 8

Trespass. First block Tower Blvd., Elma. 5:06 p.m. Honda Mini Van – Parked at location — subjects from the vehicle are trespassing under the cooling towers. Subjects ran away and hid somewhere.

Driving complaint. 600 block Elma McCleary Road, McCleary. 3:20 p.m. 1980s model maroon four-door Honda Accord — passing the school bus, generally driving erratic.

Unknown problem. First block Mox Chehalis Road, McCleary. 8 p.m. Requests a check — saw a car parked near fence, heard a woman scream and a flash light moving around. Associated vehicle tan four-door car. Heard only. Also heard a female coughing — believe she is in pain.

Traffic hazard. 1000 block Monte Elma Road, Satsop. 2:09 p.m. Past 15 witnessed sitting on the white line across from location — cars swerving to miss him — white male mid 20s last seen wearing black sweatshirt.

Nov. 9

Prowler. First block McConkey Ave., McCleary. 10:30 p.m. Reporting party can hear noises outside her wall, thinks someone is out there. Sounds like shuffling outside the window. Doors are locked.
