Domestic violence act. 400 block Old Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 2:32 a.m. Ex-boyfriend came to the house, hit her in the face and blocked her in the driveway so she couldn’t leave. She’s now at a friends house. Reporting party is refusing aid. Male left the residence, driving silver Ford Focus. Also assaulted her Saturday but she didn’t report it. Subject in custody for fourth degree domestic violence assault.
Jan. 19
Traffic hazard. 1300 block U.S. Highway 12, Montesano. 11:15 p.m. Male pedestrian walking on the highway, in the lanes of travel, reporting party nearly hit him. Last seen wearing hoodie and shorts.
Disorderly conduct. 200 block South Bank Road, Elma. 7:16 a.m. Request check of male who was standing in the middle of the road, jumping up and down yelling, he was also carrying a stick and hitting the bridge with the stick.
Domestic violence act in progress. First block Fairgrounds Road, Elma. 8:49 a.m. Male damaging the residence, tore a door off the door jamb. Subjects were in altercation after he stole marijuana from her purse.
Verbal argument. 600 block Lillie Road, Satsop. 4:21 p.m. Boyfriend is acting out of control, screaming, yelling, combative. Refusing to leave. Not yet physical but reporting party says is getting to that point. Male subject has history of domestic violence assault with previous wife.
Jan. 22
Traffic hazard. 400 block South Bank Road, Elma. 9 p.m. Tree across the road, blocking both lanes on South Bank Road. Was passable by going into the shoulder. Homeowner’s relative just arrived on scene. He is cutting up the wood with his chain saw.
Jan. 23
Threats received. 200 block Brady Loop Road E., Montesano. 7:17 a.m. Neighbor told reporting party to stop harassing her and that he was going to shoot her. No weapons seen. Reporting party doesn’t know her neighbor and hasn’t had any previous encounters with him.
Unlawful display of weapon. U.S. Highway 12, Mile Post 14, Montesano. 3:04 p.m. New blue Honda mini van eastbound is brake checking people and waving black pistol around. Unknown if anyone else in vehicle. Male now tailgating someone else.
Animal problem. 700 block Elma-McCleary Road, McCleary. 4:20 p.m. Two dogs on reporting party’s porch, black dog acting aggressive and reporting party can’t leave her residence, believe that one dog belongs to a neighbor.
