Domestic violence act. 1100 block U.S. Highway 12, Montesano. 8:20 p.m. Male breaking reporting party’s car windows. Male is reporting party’s boyfriend. Male currently sitting on the back stairs of the house.

Hit and run vehicle accident. 300 block Pine Street East, Elma. 4:07 p.m. Two vehicle collision, drove off in gold Subaru Station Wagon, currently on Martin. Reporting party is in a silver Jeep Cherokee.

Noninjury accident blocking. Keys Road Milepost 2, Satsop. 2:10 p.m. Log truck rolled over — noninjury, is blocking the road. Fire coming from log truck — is fully engulfed, blocking off all lanes.

Oct. 13

Intoxicated in public. First block Lewis Road, Oakville. 5:55 p.m. Possibly intoxicated subject, male, wandering, around and urinating in public. Has been out there for about 30 minutes. Is out on the road, has almost fallen into the ditch twice.

Domestic violence act in progress. U.S. Highway 12 and Blockhouse Road. 8 p.m. Female was sitting on the side of the road, male smacking her around. Vehicle is now heading east on U.S. 12. Gray Toyota SUV. Male was using two hands to smack her across the head.

Unlawful display of weapon. 200 block Sixth Street South, Satsop. 11:45 a.m. Husband and male fighting after the other party pulled a knife out. Unknown where the knife is now. Male arrived in a purple 4-Runner. Was previously reckless in the area and reporting party confronted him.

Oct. 14

Burglary in progress. 600 block Young Street. 1:08 p.m. Reporting party just arrived, subjects were inside and fled. One male, left on foot. Last seen leaving into the front yard. Reporting party’s wife followed subject on foot.

Wildlife animal problem. 300 block Camp Creek Road, Montesano. 8:43 a.m. Cougar tracking horses across the street. Neighbors also have chickens.

Burglary in progress. South Seventh Street and West Pioneer Avenue, Montesano. 1:55 p.m. Male with blue shirt crawled into window on north side of building. Second subject with hat, black/white shirt standing at front door. Both subjects are inside the building now.

Oct. 15

Verbal argument. First block Gore Avenue, Malone. 3:56 a.m. Girlfriend locked him out of the residence, female in background yelling. One accusing the other about stealing money. Nothing physical. Reporting party agreeing to stay separated outside.

Oct. 16

Theft. First block Mox Chehalis Road, Malone. 1:37 a.m. Male parked his light colored Honda at the Malone store, walked over and siphoned gas from an unknown vehicle at the church, and left westbound on U.S. Highway 12.

Oct. 17.

DUI alcohol or drugs. Malone Acres Street and Mox Chehalis Road, Malone. 6:10 p.m. Single vehicle DUI wreck, driver has collapsed on the ground. Vehicle struck jersey barrier. Driver is intoxicated.

Trespass. 1400 block Pioneer Avenue, Montesano. 1:59 p.m. Female trespassing on reporting party’s property — has been asked numerous times to leave. History of her sneaking on the property and going into the area where the trailers are. Is currently hiding behind some trailers.
