Verbal argument: (Withheld) Middle Satsop Road, Montesano. 9:33 p.m. Estranged husband trying to kick in back door. Says he’s going to break the glass on the front door. He moved out five months ago. Unknown if he is armed. Suspect leaving property, believed to be en route to Aberdeen. Unknown if under the influence. Officer requests Montesano Police to watch for vehicle. Officer reports no probable cause for a crime. Reporting party does not fear for their safety, is hesitant to petition for a protection order. Reporting party advised to obtain a protection order.
Unknown problem: (Redacted), Elma. 12:52 a.m. Intoxicated man loading pistol while naked. Naked man walking around with pistol. Verbal dispute reported. Two children reported in house. Man no longer armed. One detained.
Court order violation in progress: (Withheld) Brush Creek Lane, Elma. Man near reporting party’s property screaming, including death threats. Harassment order in place. No visible weapons. Man detained.
Trespass: First block of South River Street, Montesano. Woman on third floor. Reporting party asked her to leave. She refuses. Out with female.

Vehicle prowl: First block of Clemons Road, Montesano. 6:08 a.m. Unlocked Toyota Camry broken into overnight. Unknown suspect.
Burglary: First block of Clemons Road, Montesano, 6:54 a.m. Shop and vehicle broken into overnight. Shop not locked.
Dead body: 1100 block of U.S. Highway 12, Montesano. 7:49 a.m. 98-year-old male unconscious, not breathing. Patient has “do not resuscitate” request. Reporting party last spoke with man last night. Coroner advised.
Agency assist: 1200 block of Monte-Elma Road, Elma. 3:49 p.m. General fire in unknown area.
Suspicious vehicle: First block of Filly Lane, Elma. 11:04 a.m. Vehicle parked in driveway. Somebody appears to be asleep in passenger seat. Reporting party’s dog is upset.
Domestic violence act in progress: (Withheld) Murray Place, Elma. 11:38 p.m. Daughter’s boyfriend held her down by throat, broke her phone at different location. Boyfriend now at reporting party’s location. Male in background saying he will be calm, went back outside. He still is heard in background. No weapons. He will not leave. Unknown if history of domestic violence. Reporting party is locking door. Two children at location. One in custody for fourth degree assault domestic violence and malicious mischief domestic violence.
Oct. 26
Firearm complaint: First block of Lennon Road, Elma. 2:18 a.m. Subject shooting toward reporting party’s apple tree. Subject possibly shooting at deer.
Dead body: 700 block of Cloquallum Road, Elma. 4:50 a.m. Man unresponsive, cold to touch. Reporting party cannot move him. Elderly male. Coroner advised.
Burglary in progress: 400 block of West Oak Street, McCleary. 8:41 p.m. Neighbor has secondhand information that somebody removing items from residence. Nobody is supposed to be there. Someone just crashed through bushes headed toward highway. Request K-9. Found bag of homeowner’s items dropped near residence. Containment unit requested. Need somebody to jump fence. Believed he is inside high fence. One detained.
Oct. 27
Drug violation: North Third Street and West Main Street, Elma. 8:04 p.m. Female screaming in vehicle, which is eastbound over viaduct. Reporting party says woman is screaming, door is open. Passing Rusty Tractor, severe lane travel. Vehicle did U-turn; woman almost fell out. Westbound on Young. Vehicle pulling into emergency room entrance at Summit Pacific Medical Center. Woman still screaming. Reporting party advises he saw woman hide handful of baggies under bushes. Woman detained, in custody for fourth degree assault domestic violence and drug violation.
Oct. 28
Wildlife animal problem: First block of Abbott Road, Elma. 10:44 a.m. Two subjects exited vehicle and are shooting from back porch of house under construction. Unknown if they have permission to be there. Possibly hunting. No deer seen. One subject out with deer. Other subject took off.
Oct. 29
Threats received: (Withheld) South Union Road, Elma. 5:51 p.m. Reporting party doing work at location when threatened by neighbor when reporting party inadvertently went onto the neighbor’s property. Neighbor made comments about getting a gun. Reporting party went to do contract work at location, says subject pushed him, escorted him from property. Not injured. Reporting party wants to document situation and will report it to company’s attorneys.
Oct. 30
Assault, firearm, domestic violence: (Withheld) Sand Creek Road, McCleary. 5:52 p.m. Secondhand reports of son shooting at parents, making threats to kill them. Son wearing body armor (flak jacket), has several guns. Subject is upset that his parents are selling property, stated he will shoot police if they come. Parents advise he has mental stability issues, did not see doctor for it. Critical Response Unit on scene. Washington State Patrol aircraft with thermal imager requested. Nearby homes evacuated. People asking when they can go home. Subject has high-powered rifles, night vision goggles. Search warrant confirmed by judge. Throwing device into home to try to communicate with subject. One in custody. Have McCleary Power return to restore power.
