Animal problem. South Bank Road and Taylors Ferry Road, Elma. 12:16 p.m. Approximately five pigs running loose in the area, obstructing traffic. Pigs have been corralled and brought back near their residence. Still loose but off the roadway.
Vehicle accident. U.S. Highway 12 westbound at Mile Post 11, Montesano. 11:42 p.m. White panel van into the median — unknown if injury — was driving erraticly. There is a black car parked nearby, unknown if involved. Male with log curly hair, blue hat ran from the collision.

Vehicle accident. U.S. Highway 12 eastbound at Mile Post 27, Oakville. 12:39 p.m. One vehicle off the roadway — small white Dodge Intrepid sedan struck guardrail and went off the roadway, on it’s side, gray smoke coming from engine. One person is trapped. Bystanders attempting to extricate the patient. Possible neck injury. Vehicle struck trees, no hazards seen. Was driving reckless prior to collision.

Traffic hazard. Monte-Elma Road and Moore Road, Satsop. 7:20 p.m. Subject walking down the middle of the road. Tall male with a backpack, dark clothing.

Arson. 500 block Elma-McCleary Road, Elma. 10:48 a.m. Male subject started a fire in the log yard. Log deck currently on fire — smoke seen, reporting party unable to see flames. Male, 5 foot, 10 inches to 5’11”, last seen wearing light blue hoodie — last seen by log deck. Suspect eastbound on tracks. One at gun point, detained.
Civil matter. 100 block N. Summit Road, McCleary. 11:49 p.m. Male is on scene stealing reporting party’s TV. Screaming in the background, male is still in the house — hit reporting party’s father. One detained.

Citizen assist. 400 block Capitol D 1000, Oakville. 10:53 a.m. Reporting party’s 2014 gray Jeep Cherokee has been stuck in the snow past two days, unable to find assistance from any other agency. Reporting party is with friend, have not eaten in the past two days, no water. Are staying warm in the vehicle, has half tank of gas. Reporting party is able to keep his phone charged. Not requesting aid — just assistance getting out of the snow. DNR unit can not get there yet, waiting for snow mobiles to help them get there as the snow is too deep.
