Vehicle accident. 500 block Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 1:57 p.m. Chevy Silverado and a Toyota SUV — one vehicle eastbound, east of intersection other in plot of the store. One of the drivers is complaining of chest pains.
Suspicious circumstances. First block Delaney Lane, Elma. 12:59 p.m. Heard what sounded like glass breaking at the house across the street — do not see vehicles at the location. Shed was recently broken into.
Suspicious circumstances. First block Richard Lane, Elma. 4:17 p.m. Neighbor came onto reporting party’s property and ran over their chickens with his lawnmower. Subject returned to his property, still mowing the lawn. Three of the chickens ran off uninjured and one chicken sustained minor injuries.
Disorderly conduct. 300 block Simpson Avenue, McCleary. 6:01 p.m. Irate customer, trying to get over the counter to employees.
Sept. 28
Vehicle accident. Middle Satsop Road, Montesano. 6 p.m. White Mercury Mountaineer in the ditch struck the fence — noninjury.
Cows are getting out — property owner is going to move them.
Sept. 30
Vehicle accident. South Bank Road and Delezenne Road, Elma. 4:50 a.m. Vehicle in the ditch, lights on, drivers door open, no one seen around — noninjury.
Driver stated he fell asleep on his way home. Evidence indicated he missed a slight corner and went off the road. No signs of impairment.
Oct. 3
Unlawful display of weapon. 300 block Fifth Street, Elma. 4:59 p.m. Male holding a hammer hitting buildings and yelling.
Subject now walking onto U.S. Highway 12. Told reporting party he was going to hit him with the hammer. Subject is detained.
Vehicle accident with injuries. Elma Hicklin Road West and Vista Lane, McCleary. 4:34 p.m. Two vehicle collision — black Ford Ranger vs. cream Chrysler 300.
Minor injuries — male hit head.
Traffic hazard. West Wynooche Road and Geissler Road, Montesano. 4:45 p.m. Large round bale of hay in the road. Bale has been pushed off the road.
