Dean M. Lougheed passed away on July 25, 2016 in Olympia, Wash. He was born on Dec. 19, 1947 in Aberdeen, Wash. to Don and Ruth Lougheed. He was a 1966 graduate of Montesano, Wash. and a 1970 graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash.

Dean retired in 2011 as an IT specialist from Boeing Commercial Airlines.

He enjoyed the company of family and friends, reading and music. Dean was known as a free spirit who enjoyed life. Dean is survived by his sister Linda Gill of LaCanada, Calif. and brothers Clint Lougheed of Leavenworth, Wash. and Keith D. Lougheed of Olympia, Wash.
