Cindy Winters

Longtime Harbor resident Cindy Winters (DeLaMater) (Owenby) passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017, at her home. She was born on May 17, 1954, to Glen and Evelyn DeLaMater (Van Wormer). She attended Aberdeen High School, graduating in 1972.

Cindy was a volunteer at the VFW in Aberdeen, Hoquiam and Montesano and also at the Montesano Moose Lodge.

She enjoyed camping, fishing and being with her family.

Cindy is survived by her daughters Sonya Crockett of Wasilla, Alaska and Tanya Sutter of Grants Pass, Ore.; brothers Glen DeLaMater Jr. and Jim DeLaMater; 11 grandchildren, as well as an additional five claimed. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Joyce DeLaMater.

There will be a memorial held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Montesano Moose Lodge.
