Trespassing. 100 block N. Division St. 1:01 p.m. Individual stopped under neighbor’s carport and was believed to be smoking marijuana.

Disorderly conduct. Intersection of N. 1 St./E. Young St. 1:13 p.m. Male and female in verbal altercation. No mention of weapons.

Trespassing. 200 block N. First St. 7:58 p.m. Requested check of a male subject sleeping in white two door parked car and had been there off and on the last few days. Requested he be moved along.

Theft. 100 block W. Garden Hill Rd #15. 11:44 p.m. Reporting party believes an individual he met online stole Xbox slim and other items from house.

Feb. 18

Traffic accident w/ damage. 300 block S. 5 St. 6:06 a.m. Vehicle wrecked in ditch. Subjects inside not moving.

Feb. 19

Traffic hazard. 800 block W. Main St. 12:15 p.m. Male subject totaled green jeep. Is blocking the roadway.

Suspicious person/circumstance. 100 block W. Main St. 7:06 p.m. Reporting party believes a male bought alcohol and cigarettes for two juveniles. Left in a black Ford Focus.

Feb. 21

No class. 300 block S. 3 St. 12:07 p.m. Theft of Red Volkswagen Golf by individual who was receiving a ride from the reporting party. Reporting party stopped to get gas and the individual took off in the vehicle.

Information report. 300 block W. Main St. 2:19 p.m. Reporting party believes they have information on a felon who has access to firearms. Wants to speak only with an officer.

Unconscious person. 400 block E. Young St. 3:04 p.m. Male subject collapsed on the sidewalk.

Trespassing. 600 block N. 13 St. 5:20 p.m. Reporting party and reporting party’s roommate want individual to leave. Individual was visiting the reporting party’s roommate. Roommate also wants individual to leave.
