Nov. 18
Animal problem. 500 block N. Sylvia St. 1:53 p.m. Animal complaint of pitbull in area. Dog in street barking at reporting party. Reporting party said he was afraid dog might bit one of the kinds in the area or himself. Officer walked do back to owner’s residence at 600 block of N. Sylvia St. Dog acted scared and did appear to be capable of biting. Officer could see where dog got out of fenced yard. Officer opened gate and dog went into yard and entered house through the dog door. Officer unable to make contact with anyone at residence. Officer left message of the complaint at the residence and boarded up the fence.
Suspicion. 300 block E. Spruce Ave. 8:07 p.m. Reporting party received a phone call from unknown male who stated he was going to find her and kill her. Reporting party advised she has had that phone number for about 6 months and this is the first call of this type she had received. No suspect information at this time. Reporting party advised to not engage subject in conversation if he calls again and call the police.
Fight not DVA. First block Boat Launch Road. 11:40 a.m. Officer checked area and was unable to locate anybody. As officer was clearing scene vehicle returned matching description. Officer made contact. Drive had multiple warrants and was suspended in third degree. Passenger was one who had been in fight. He had some blood on this face and “looked to be a little worse for the wear.” When questioned, passenger said he had been fighting with himself and told officer to “(expletive) off.” No one would provide information as to who was fighting or what it was about and aid refused.
Trespass. 900 block W. Wynooche Ave. 6:43 p.m. Citation issued for criminal trespass 2nd degree.
Nov. 22
Man down unknown problem. 200 block E. Pioneer Ave. 10:52 a.m. Subject was extremely intoxicated. He was given a bus ticket as he wanted to return to Olympia. He boarded the bus without any issues and was eastbound at noon.
Nov. 25
Vehicle prowl. 700 block W. Byles Ave. 6:25 a.m. Theft of compound bow, arrows and binoculars reported.
Nov. 26
Malicious mischief. 300 block E. Broadway Ave. 3:18 p.m. Tag (graffiti) of a penis and testicles, similar to recent tags.
