Noise complaint. 1200 block E. McBryde Ave. 9:42 p.m. Neighbor plays loud music all throughout night. Officer contacted subject who was intoxicated and claimed to not be aware it was so loud.
Sept. 12
Disorderly conduct. 100 block Brumfield Ave. 1:12 p.m. Officer responded to report of disorderly subject at Chevron. Officer contacted male subject who said he was just trying to get a ride to Aberdeen. Officer gave a courtesy ride to the Salvation Army.
Sept. 17
Traffic accident, hit and run. Meadow Loop at Monte Elma Road. 2:30 a.m. Subject struck calling party while turning into Swiss Meadows. Calling party advised driver was intoxicated and after striking him continued to drive away from scene. Subject was located on Highway 12 in Central Park by a passerby. Subject had collided her vehicle into the barrier. Subject in custody for DUI by State Patrol.
Suspicion. Main Street at Marcy Avenue. 9:31 a.m. Officer contacted male subject sleeping in doorway to a business. Subject went to the bus depot to head east.
Disorderly conduct. 200 block E. Pioneer Ave. 4:28 p.m. Male transient of Aberdeen was harassing people in the Thriftway parking lot. Subject was then at the Goodwill trailer yelling after workers would not give items to him for free. Officer contacted the subject at the bus depot. Officer transported agitated subject to the Mission as requested.
Sept. 20
Harassment. 100 block N. Main St. 1:30 p.m. Male subject told police department clerk he was being harassed by his girlfriend. He was given a statement form and asked to fill it out. Subject wanted a civil standby. Officer contacted subject in lobby. Subject had written that he needed a standby on the form and asked if it was good enough. Officer said it wasn’t. Subject threw statement on ground and left building.
Traffic hazard. McBride Avenue at First Street. 5:16 p.m. Water over roadway due to blocked drain. Cleared the blocked drain.
Sept. 21
Suspicion. 200 block E. Pioneer Ave. 9:15 p.m. Report of intoxicated male harassing people in the Thriftway parking lot. Officer located heavily intoxicated subject at Charlie’s Sports Bar. He had already been served a drink. Officer told bartender he was not to serve subject any alcohol for rest of the night. Subject had warrant that he was released on and given a new court date for.
