Disorderly conduct. 200 E. Pioneer Ave. 6:06 p.m. Male subject last seen wearing dark clothing yelling and screaming – will be walking eastbound on Pioneer, reporting party will be in the area for a few.

Dec. 13

Trespassing. 200 block E. Pioneer Ave. 8:45 a.m. Panhandler in and out of the store – has been asked to leave and not come back but has returned several times – male, 6 feet tall, beard, last seen wearing long over coat gray hoodie – last seen westbound on Pioneer. Officer arrived, contacted subject and gave him $2 for the bus.

Dec. 15

Disorderly conduct. 400 block N. Main Street. 3:48 a.m. Male at location, refusing to leave. He doesn’t live there. Reported she brought subject home from the bar and he is very intoxicated knocking items around as he stumbled through her house and requested to have him removed. Officer arrived and transported subject home.

Traffic hazard. South 9th Street at West Pioneer Avenue. 6:19 a.m. Male subject walking with no shirt or shoes on in the area of 9th and Pioneer. Checked the area unable to locate anyone.
