Suspicious person. 100 block S. River St. 11:08 p.m. Subject going through garbage cans. Unknown description as it is too dark outside. Officer unable to locate anyone.

Aug. 7

Animal problem. 700 block N. 3rd St. 12:24 p.m. Black and white pit bull and black lab in reporting party’s pasture harassing horse. Officer located owner of dogs. Dogs were secured. Verbal warning was given and the animal owner was advised of MPD procedure regarding further complaints on his dogs if found loose.

Disorderly conduct. 400 block S. Main St. 1:18 p.m. Female standing out front, past 30 minutes, dark blue pullover. Is sipping on soda can, making customers uncomfortable. Female was picked up by motorist prior to officer arrival.

Theft, property, bicycle. 700 block N. Church St. 8:20 p.m. Redline silver and black bicycle stolen from porch.

Aug. 9

Driving complaint. 300 block S. Main St. 5:54 p.m. Male leaving business, can barely walk because of intoxication. Is getting into Dodge Dakota. Officer located residence. Male subject refused to come to door. He looked out the window, saw officer and is in a part of house officer could not see and started playing music very loudly.

Aug. 10

Criminal mischief. 700 block N. Church St. 8:06 p.m. Mitsubishi Lancer was damaged but not entered while it was parked in reporting party’s driveway. No suspect information.
