• The Harbor Association of Volunteers for Animals (HAVA) will hold a “Spring Tea” fundraiser, 1-3 p.m. at Willapa Harbor Community Center (916 W. First St., South Bend). Admission is $20. Lunch, desserts, garden/spring silent auction and raffle.
