• Stone Soup Artists open mic, every Tuesday, 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m., at Organics 101 Market in Montesano (316 S. Main St.). Unplugged acoustic originals.

• New Year’s Eve basket bingo at Elma High School at 4:30 p.m. Sponsored by Elma VFW Post 1948. A potluck will be held. Bring a dish to pass or $5 for dinner. Proceeds to support veterans programs.

• Elma Winter Wine Festival, noon to 9 p.m. hosted by the Elma Chamber of Commerce. Wine tasting with wines from 20 Washington wineries, beer garden, food booths, live entertainment. Pre-sale tickets are $5; tickets at the door are $10. Packages including a keepsake glass and five tickets are $15 pre-sale and $20 at the door.
