GGHI names Timberland Bank Biz of April

Timberland Bank has been named Business of the Month for April 2017 by Greater Grays Harbor Inc.

Timberland serves residents in 22 locations throughout Western Washington, and has six branches in Grays Harbor County, including the headquarters in Hoquiam.

In 2015, the company celebrated their 100th anniversary. In honor of the milestone, employees performed 100 good deeds throughout the communities they serve.

Timberland Bank also recently celebrated their 17th year listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange, with total assets now reaching $790 million.

Timberland Bank has been a member of the Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce, and more recently Greater Grays Harbor Inc., for more than 50 years.

Employees at the bank have participated in programs run by Greater Grays Harbor Inc. including Leadership Grays Harbor, the Ambassador Program, Business after Hours and monthly Business Forum lunches.

“We are proud of the many staff members within the organization who have begun their careers at Timberland Bank and have gone on to hold leadership positions throughout Grays Harbor,” said Denise Burke, VP of marketing at the Hoquiam branch of Timberland Bank.
