Greater Grays Harbor’s May Business Forum Lunch is scheduled for next Tuesday, May 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Grays Harbor Country Club.
Lynn Micheau of Preszler, Larner, Mertz & Co. will be providing tips regarding how to safeguard yourself against embezzlement and fraud.
Micheau provides accounting, auditing and consulting services for private business, government entities and nonprofits.
“This event will cover a few of the best practices that anyone can use to avoid embezzlement and fraud,” said Dru Garson, CEO of GGHI. “Our hope for this luncheon is for Grays Harbor community members to learn better ways to protect themselves against ongoing threats.”
Lunch is included in the $20 cost for members of GGHI and $25 for non-members.
