An automotive business has a new name but a familiar face. Danny Bortis, center, of Montesano has put his name on the business he owns: Danny’s Automotive Service, 301 Wynooche Ave. A ribbon cutting was held Sept. 7 by the Montesano Chamber of Commerce with attendees, chamber member Kaela Ballew, left, and chamber President Corey Rux. Bortis took over Ken’s Automotive about a year ago. The name change happened early this August. Right now, the staff is small. “We’re definitely looking for another technician,” Bortis said. And if things go well, he has space to hire more workers. “We’re very thorough in our repairs and inspections,” he said. “We get the job done right.
