On behalf of the City of Montesano and the Montesano Fire Department, I would like to sincerely thank the citizens of Montesano for their overwhelming support.

The approval of this Levy Lid Lift is an important part of our future strategic planning process. We appreciate the confidence the community has in our operation. We will continue to honor that confidence and trust with good stewardship of the tax dollars while focused on providing quality, cost-effective emergency services.

With the approval of the levy, we will be able to maintain current levels of service by creating a long-term funding source for fire operations and replace critical fire and medical equipment that has met or exceeded its service life. That equipment is critical to effectively and safely provide emergency services to the citizens of Montesano.
