Prowler – trespass. 600 Monte Elma Road, Montesano. 12:02 a.m. Saw two flashlights by neighbor’s barn. Are now across in the reporting party’s driveway. Believe there are two people. They were feeding horses.

Disorderly conduct. 1100 block State Route 12, Montesano. 9:31 a.m. Arrived home to find estranged wife destroying the residence. Spray paint in the bathroom, etc. Reporting party had been at the court house filing for a restraining order. Advised to stay separated until contacted by law.

Traffic hazard. First block Cloquallum Road, Elma. 3:45 a.m. Horses in the roadway. Reporting party did not have exact location, just stated west end of Cloquallum.

Driving complaint. Elma McCleary Road and Simpson Avenue W. McCleary. 4:32 p.m. Red dirt bike with reckless passing – two people. Direction was westbound, vehicle appears to be out of gas at Church and Elma McCleary Road.

Feb. 3

Suspicious person/circumstance. First block Murray Place, Elma. 4:54 p.m. Earlier today a white Toyota SUV, no license plates, drove by his place a couple times, then asked questions about reporting party’s house. Wanted a tour. Will recall if vehicle returns – requests extra patrols.

Feb. 4

Suspicious person/circumstance. First block Mann Lane, McCleary. 7:03 p.m. Came home and found his mail had been gone through, opened and taped shut. Unknown if anything is missing or what information was taken as two of the documents were W-2s.

Feb. 5

Traffic hazard. Eastbound State Route 12 and Devonshire Road, Montesano. 3:37 p.m. Vehicle spun out. One lane blocked, flat tire, non-injury. Might need a tow. Roadways clear.

Traffic violation – driving complaint. First block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 11:39 p.m. Subjects doing doughnuts in the plot. There were three vehicles but two left and then the third left, unknown where they are or what is going.

Feb. 6

Traffic hazard. Foster Road and Monte Brady Road, Montesano. 4:58 p.m. Communications wire laying in the road. Reporting party is sure that is not a power line. Century Link advised. Will advise a technician.

Disorderly conduct. 800 block 3rd Street N., Elma. 5:56 p.m. Female is in reporting party’s bed. Reporting party would like her to be moved along. Female has had a couple of beers today. No weapons. Female came up to visit. Started acting strange, yelling things, stripped her clothes off. Reporting party wanting her to be moved along.

Feb. 7

Prowler – trespass. First block Murray Place, Elma. 12:15 a.m. Multiple subjects in the reporting party’s yard. Can hear people talking. They are jiggling the windows banging on the windows. Can hear them saying “we are coming for you.” Male voices heard. When reporting party goes out to look, they run and jump the fence. Can hear them by the back of the house. Reporting party and family are in the living room. Sounded like they were moving the siding to get under the house. Did observe fresh footprints around the house.

Feb. 8

Theft, property other. 1100 block State Route 12, Montesano. 4:57 p.m. 23-year-old granddaughter left this morning to go job hunting. Told reporting party she would be back later today. Just moved in with her recently. Reporting party now missing several pieces of jewelry from her bedroom. Newer model dark-colored car. Also missing money from a strong box she has hidden in the kitchen cupboard and a book of checks. Possibly en route to Aberdeen.

Animal problem. First block Elma McCleary Road, Elma. 10:30 a.m. Ongoing problem with neighbor’s dog coming onto reporting party’s property, entering the shed, digging holes, etc. Have talked to neighbors who aren’t working to resolve situation.
