The Chehalis Valley Historical Museum in Montesano will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday during the Festival of Lights.

Folks are invited to stop by for refreshments and to see this year’s Christmas tree, decorated by students of Satsop School. Students traditionally make the decorations for the special tree.

Of course, there will be lots of items from days gone by to see, as well.

The museum, which is normally open from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, is located at 703 W. Pioneer Ave.

The historic Hubble House, 130 N. Main St., will be open for tours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It features unique Christmas decorations; each room is treated to a unique theme. Admission is $5.
