Need a little bite to eat during the Festival? Try the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs spaghetti feed from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at the Silvia Center, 120 W. Marcy Ave. $5 per person ($3.50 for children 10 and younger).
To get you started on Saturday is a plateful of pancakes … and another … and another and another. The all-you-can-eat Santa pancake breakfast and silent auction is from 8-10:30 a.m. at City Hall. Pancakes and sausage are $5 each for everyone 6 years and older (the younger kiddos eat for free).
If that doesn’t fill you up (or you need to refill) check out the festival meal at the Odd Fellow’s Silvia Center, 116 W. Marcy Ave., from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The homemade soup, salad, roll and beverage is $5 and sponsored by the Montesano Senior Center. There also will be multiple pies raffled.
Dinner offers another pair of choices: a chowder feed by the Montesano Fire Department Volunteer Association from 4-6 p.m. at the fire station, 310 E. Pioneer Ave., or homemade chili and cornbread at the Montesano Moose Lodge, 3 Monte-Elma Road, from 4-7 p.m. The chowder feed is by donation; the chili feed is $3.
