Jan. 16

Vehicle fire. Highway 12, Satsop. Flames visible and vehicle found on fire. Fire District 2 on scene. One lane blocked.

Burglary. 600 Block of Lillie Road 7:57 p.m., Satsop. Garage/shop broken into earlier in the day. Someone kicked the door open to gain entry, unknown what’s missing.

Jan. 18

Burglary. 100 Block of Winkleman Road, Montesano; 11:13 a.m. Resident burglarized. Forcible entry. No further details provided.

Disorderly conduct. Fairbairn Road, Monetsano; 4:06 p.m. Neighbor is screaming and cussing for past 30 minutes, perhaps at four-wheelers in the area. Caller heard gun shots in the area, as well.

Jan. 19

Burglary. 6100 Block of Highway 12, Oakville; 12:23 p.m. Wires found stripped inside house, that is vacant and for sale. House trashed. Copper pipe stolen, along with hot water dispenser and electrical wiring.

Jan. 20

Prowling. Hokanson Road at South Bank Road, Elma; 6:02 a.m. Male subjects seen trying to get into nearby vehicles. Both wore all black clothing, carrying flash lights, appeared “shady looking.”

Burglary. 400 Block of Elma Hicklin Road W., McCleary; 10:51 a.m. Shed broken into, unknown when it happened. Missing power saw and multiple other tools.

Jan. 21

Burglary. Hurd Road, Satsop; 3:19 p.m. Someone has broken into vacant unit and stripped copper wire.

Dangerous dog. 40th Block of Elma Hicklin Road E., McCleary; 4:17 p.m. Pit bull attacked resident’s dog; was also with toddler in stroller.

Jan. 22

Trespass. Malone Hill Road, Malone; 8:13 p.m. Saw activity at an abandoned home owned by the bank; saw guns being removed.

Jan. 23

Burglary. Ridgeview Lane, Elma; 3:55 p.m. Theft of copper found, encountered suspects at home, who ran away down the hill. Taken into custody.

Jan. 27

Suspicious person. Buswell Road, Elma; 1:35 p.m. Male person seen, possibly stripping wire.

Jan. 29

Noise ordinance violation. 15 Murray Place, Elma; 11:57 p.m. Music is just too loud.
