Suspicious person. 400 Block of Lambert Road, Elma; 2:49 p.m. Caller witnessed a person stealing items from the nuke site and suspect is now trying to offload what was stolen at the recycle plant. Deputy detains suspect, unable to prove theft of metal, was booked into county jail on a warrant.
Burglary. 40th Block of South Bank Road, Elma; 4:20 p.m. Shop was burglarized overnight. Gained access through an unlocked door, took food, fishing supplies, stereo equipment.
Burglary. 200 Block of South Bank Road, Elma; 4:20 p.m. Caller returned home to find money and items missing; gained access through unlocked window.
Driving complaint. Lambert Road; 11:11 p.m. Several vehicles racing in the area. Drivers of the vehicles pulled into driveway and are asking to use the restroom; did not allow it.
Suspicious person. 1100 Block of Highway 12, Montesano; 8:20 p.m. Man in the park screaming and yelling, walking near the mail boxes, throwing things on the ground and hitting trailers with his fists; found to have a warrant for his arrest and taken into custody.
Vandalism. 700 Block of Holm Avenue, Montesano; 9:54 a.m. Someone is drilling holes in the roof of the caller’s residence.
Resisting arrest. Fourth Street and Market Street, Satsop; 10:51 p.m. Foot pursuit of suspect down Market Street, taken into custody.
Traffic accident. 2200 Block of South Bank Road, Oakville; 7:12 a.m. Two-car accident, non-injury involving a van, which is blocking traffic.
Traffic accident. Norton Road and South Bank Road, Oakville; 11:17 a.m. Vehicle hits power pole, knocks out power to hundreds of people; driver airlifted to hospital.
Gun found. 1700 Block of South Bank Road, Oakville; 2:14 p.m. Gun found on the side of the road.
Traffic accident. 7200 Block of Highway 12, Oakville; 11:13 p.m. Vehicle in a ditch. Vehicle almost hit a semi-truck and then swerved into a ditch.
Traffic accident. Norton Road and South Bank Road; 6:02 p.m. One vehicle off the roadway, a rollover accident with vehicle on the roof.
Animal problem. West Satsop Road, Montesano; 5:43 p.m. Returned home from vacation to find a strange cat living at his house. Neighbors also have a new cat living at their house; thinks someone might be “relocating” cats. Cat is friendly and definitely not feral.
Burglary. 6000 Block of Highway 12; 10:35 a.m. Vacant house burglarized sometime in the last few weeks, wiring has been stripped out of it.
Threatening. Hot Dog Lane, 7:07 p.m. Adult son is sending text messages and Facebook messages over and over saying he will kick her teeth in and light her on fire.
Animal problem update. West Satsop Road, Montesano; 11:11 a.m. Man had the mysterious cat re-appear, has decided he will keep the cat if owner is not located.
