Keith M. Carter, a longtime Grays Harbor resident, passed-away at Saint Peter Hospital on Monday, February 10, 2014. He was 63. Keith was born November 24, 1950, in Cedar City, Utah, to Melvin Karen and Barbara Jean (Keith) Carter. He was raised in the small ranching and farming community of Minersville, Utah. In 1960, he moved with his family to Satsop where he helped operate the family’s Dairy Farm until his graduation from Elma High School in 1969. Keith owned and operated a shake and shingle mill in Satsop until his passing. He had a tremendous respect and admiration for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He lived his life on his own terms and enjoyed every minute of it.

A Memorial Service was held at 1 p.m., February 17, 2014, in Southern Utah at the Minersville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Please visit and sign the online tribute to Keith @ www.whitesidefamilymortuaries.com.
