Richard Eugene Zieroth

Richard Eugene Zieroth, a former Montesano U.S. Postal Service worker, died Friday, February 28, 2014, at the Willapa Harbor Hospital in South Bend. He was 67.

A Willapa Valley High School graduate, he was a U.S. Army veteran, who worked maintenance for the United States Postal Service including Montesano, Hoquiam, Aberdeen and Raymond offices.

A celebration of Zieroth’s life will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 15, 2014, at the Raymond Eagles.

Arrangements are by Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.

George Caldwell

George A. Caldwell of Westport died Friday, March 7, 2014, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 80. Arrangements are pending through Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Mary S. Large

Former Aberdeen resident Mary Sylvia Novaselich Laier Large died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at her home at Channel Point Village in Hoquiam. She was 98.

A funeral service is being planned and will be announced as soon as details become available.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

“Rollie” Irwin

Rollin Edward “Rollie” Irwin, the former vice president for BMT Northwest at the Satsop Business Park, died at his home in McCleary recently. He was 66 years old and had lived in McCleary for the past eight years.

A memorial service was conducted on March 9.

Arrangements are by Whiteside Family Mortuary.

Richard R. Gravatt Sr.

Richard Raymond Gravatt Sr., a lifelong Elma resident, died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at home in Elma. He was 81.

A graveside inurnment service will be held at Satsop Cemetery at 11 a.m., Friday, followed by a celebration of his life at the Elma Eagles.

Funeral arrangements are by Whiteside Family Mortuary in Elma.

Joan Noble

Joan Noble, a longtime Elma resident, died Sunday, March 9, 2014, in Olympia. She was 78.

A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m., Saturday, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Elma.

Funeral arrangements are by Whiteside Family Mortuary in Elma.
