North Beach Artists Guild exhibit shown at Summit Pacific
The hallways of Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma have been filled with local art as the North Beach Artists Guild is hosting a fine art exhibit and sale.
The exhibit and sale is part of the the guild’s Art in Public Places Project as around 25 pieces from 10 exhibitors will be displayed throughout several of the hallways at the facility. The exhibit can be viewed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from now until Aug. 15.
All of the pieces in the exhibit are available for purchase with all of the proceeds from the purchase of the art going to support the Grays Harbor County Fair Fine Art Department.
The art displayed covers several mediums including watercolors, jewelery, vases and scarves and various price ranges with most of the art priced from $12 to $75.
“We want the pieces to sell,” event organizer Geri Stubb said. “The prices are lower than normal so I guess it is a sale in a couple of ways.”
