ELMA — Grays Harbor residents braved the wind and the rain to celebrate country style at the Buckaroo Days in Elma Saturday. The event started off with a grand parade through downtown Elma and continued with a street fair, including mutton bustin’, a magic show, a chili and salsa cook off and music.
