Fundraisers

• The Montesano High School boys soccer team will host a fundraising game for community soccer at 7 p.m. The Bulldogs will be playing a match against their coaches, teachers, community members and some soccer alumni. Donations will be accepted at the gate. Montesano High School Field.

Just for kids

• Community Education Class, “Patriotic Crafts.” 2:30-4 p.m. Join Ms. Girts and creat a red, white and blue craft you can use all summer long. This class is specifically for kindergarten through second grade age children. Class limit of 20 children. Bring an individual snack. • Washington State Parks will celebrate National Trails Day with FREE DAYS on Saturday and Sunday. A Discover Pass is not required to visit state parks. The Discover Pass is required to visit recreation lands managed by the Department of Fish and Wildlife and Department of Natural Resources.

• The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will host a FREE fishing weekend. Fishing licenses are not required for anyone to fish in the state of Washington on Saturday and Sunday.
