The Daily World Citizen of the Year Awards Banquet. • Scott Helmer will perform at a fundraiser for the Raymond Theatre. 7 p.m. Local musician Randy Flementis will open for Helmer who is on a tour crossing the country and donating all of the profits. Proceeds will be donated to the Raymond Theatre. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. VIP tickets are available for $30 and include a meet-and-greet opportunity, a free CD, apetizers and discounted drinks.
